Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated VIP technical support and service
Install, configure, and maintain equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
Educate VIP employees on equipment use and maintenance
Manage and maintain an inventory of parts and equipment
Adhere to safety and health regulations
Build strong relationships with VIP employees
Deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
