Key Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Train and develop crew under the direction of management
Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts as needed
Manage labor cost to meet company standards
Control inventory to meet company standards
Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift
Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Consistent and reliable
Cheerful and Positive attitude
Values teamwork
Loves serving and helping others
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
