Job Description
As a Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron's, you will connect with customers to drive payment collections and renew leases while ensuring satisfaction with our products. This role involves both phone and face-to-face interactions, providing a unique opportunity to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts and information
Direct contact with customers for lease agreement renewals
Promote benefits of timely lease agreement payments
Assist Customer Account Manager with revenue and renewal goals
Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets
Load and secure products in company vehicle
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License (U.S.), 18 in Canada
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
