Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a Sales Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth in Philadelphia. Leverage your sales experience to build effective strategies and engage with customers, all while contributing to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and spend
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to acquire new customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
