The Emergency Medicine Physician serves as a system medical director responsible for leading the emergency department staff, collaborating with hospital and nursing leadership, and influencing organizational decisions. This role provides clinical oversight, supports physician development, and represents the department within the hospital and community. As a system medical director, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff.
