Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of diesel heavy trucks and engines
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
  • Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
  • Assist with emergency breakdowns as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
  • Experience with heavy duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
  • Meet physical and safety requirements of the position
  • Must provide own tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
  • Experience with DPF systems and diagnostic software
  • Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards and regulations
