Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and support customers in Philadelphia, PA. This remote role focuses on building relationships, developing sales strategies, and representing Quill at events, all while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts for acquiring new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek constant improvement and apply coaching
  • Positively impact culture and work collaboratively
  • Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50% travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
