Job Description

Join Sysco as a Diesel Fleet Technician in Cincinnati, OH, and earn up to $33.70/hour with excellent benefits. You'll perform maintenance and inspections on a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and reliability while advancing your career with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform FAI/CVI inspections on all fleet vehicles
Conduct quality preventive maintenance inspections
Carry out maintenance repairs to maximize safety and reliability
Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups
Diagnose and repair malfunctions
Document all work performed on work orders
Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs
Proficient in electrical meter testing
Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Medium / Heavy duty truck technical training
3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair Medium / Heavy duty truck OR 2 year school and 1 year of experience
Annual Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Brake Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software
