Key Responsibilities
Manage material procurement and obsolescence tasks
Document and communicate issues, and implement corrective actions with suppliers
Interface with suppliers and chemical management companies
Present issues to Leadership, Program Management, and Supply Chain
Work with the Materials Verification Lab and Materials Engineering Program Leads
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., chemistry, polymer science, materials engineering) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with material testing techniques (e.g., FTIR, hardness, % elongation)
Active U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Clearance: Secret)
Preferred Qualifications
Professional level communication skills
Knowledge of various materials (e.g., epoxies, polymers, elastomers, composites)
Experience with Raytheon's chemical procurement systems (e.g., tcmIS, PRISM, Incora)
