Job Description

Join New Directions Mental Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) and provide impactful therapy and support to diverse clients. Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy

Complete billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation
Educational background leading to professional licensing

Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
