As an Operations Supervisor at Lowe's, you will oversee a dynamic team, ensuring safe and efficient product handling while fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a high-performing team handling product movement
Maintain a safe working environment and build a culture of safety
Monitor and manage associate performance and production volume
Conduct shift briefings and manage daily workload
Address associate relations and HR-related issues
Mentor associates and provide developmental opportunities
Ensure associates receive proper training and support
Participate in the hiring of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Experience monitoring the work of others to ensure quality
Experience communicating with leadership at all levels
Previous leadership roles in Lowe's supply chain facilities or Corporate-led initiatives
Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System
