In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with health regulations and facilitate a safe and healthy work environment for all associates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Human Resource practices and objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
Perform employee health nursing services for the region.
Ensure associates meet requirements for initial health assessment.
Assist in transition back to work for health-related absences.
Manage medical issues related to Worker’s Compensation.
Oversee compliance of the random drug screen program.
Administer annual TB skin tests and mask fittings.
Oversee annual biometric screening program.
Ensure compliance with DHH and Joint Commission policies.
Work with associates needing accommodations per ADA standards.
