Assignment for up to 32 weeks.
Pharmacist needed for CVMC. Monday through Friday, shifts are 0630-1500, 1000-1830 or Noon-2000. Must have 5 years of experience. Prior travel is not required. Requirements: • Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test • Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation, order verification, management of vancomycin dosing and labs, and renal dosing.
