Job Description
Join Disney Live Entertainment as an Operations Associate Coordinator and support our leadership team in delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate administrative tasks, manage projects, and enhance team collaboration, all while working in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle ad-hoc projects and prepare reports
Coordinate event execution and communication
Schedule complex meetings and prepare agendas
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and expense reports
Prepare regular reports and business summaries
Maintain confidentiality of information
Support all stages of project lifecycle
Analyze data and prepare materials for presentations
Drive team events and activities
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with partners
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
