Key Responsibilities
Supervise BSA/AML risk assessment operations and compliance analyses
Oversee daily workload and schedules of staff
Review analyses and reports to reduce financial risk
Respond to information requests from regulatory agencies
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Conduct risk assessments and implement compliance requirements
Develop training programs and materials for staff
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC
Extensive experience in compliance and project management
Supervisory experience
Ability to communicate complex laws and procedures clearly
Proficiency with project management tools and PC applications
Experience with instructional and informational training
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in Business Administration or related field
