Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products to customers
Advising patients on lens and frame selection
Verifying order data entry and ensuring accuracy
Providing excellent member service and resolving concerns
Maintaining compliance with privacy and company policies
Assisting Optical Manager with operational procedures
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability for full-time positions
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
