Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a team of administrative professionals
Assist in hiring and onboarding processes for administrative staff
Ensure team meets quality service expectations and suggest improvements
Oversee overall performance and development of the team
Collaborate with other managers to identify process and people improvements
Participate in and contribute to regional projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience managing large teams, preferably managing remote support staff
Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
Ability to implement and support change management
Strong service orientation and sensitivity in responding to customer needs
Ability to form effective relationships with people in other locations
Ability to handle difficult and confidential situations with poise
