Job Description
Join Hardee's as a Restaurant Shift Leader and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service and quality. You will train and develop crew members while ensuring smooth operations, all in a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Train and develop crew under the direction of management
Conduct crew meetings prior to shift
Manage labor cost to meet company standards
Control inventory to meet company standards
Maintain reports and records
Ensure HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies are enforced
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Consistent and reliable
Cheerful and positive attitude
Values teamwork
Loves serving and helping others
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
