The Director of the Center for Social Innovation will manage daily operations, develop program goals, and ensure compliance with relevant policies. This role focuses on supporting diverse student groups and enhancing their opportunities for success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
Develop short and long-term program goals and objectives
Monitor annual operating budget
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate department staff
Create and maintain continuous improvement processes for participant growth and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar
1-3 years experience working with diverse student groups
1-3 years experience in budget management
1-3 years experience in developing, coordinating, and facilitating activities and/or services
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the justice system and justice-involved individuals
