Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shift
Determine staffing level and assignments based on staff availability and patient acuity
Provide direct patient care as needed
Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify issues affecting patient outcomes
Respond to complaints about patient care and related services
Ensure staff has necessary equipment and supplies for patient care
Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols
Foster an environment that encourages professional growth
Required Qualifications
Current state RN license
Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
BLS certification
ACLS certification
PALS certification
TNCC certification
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience preferred
