Position: Director of Adult Day Program Based in Burnsville, MN, this role manages the financial, physical, and programmatic operations of the Adult Day Program, ensuring participant/resident needs and expectations are met. More details at ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and students Maintain staffing ratios, handle hiring and scheduling Create an environment conducive to quality services and customer satisfaction Oversee program development and ongoing improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Develop and supervise budgets, maintain accurate financial records Support marketing efforts to achieve full occupancy Manage individual casework Provide direct care to Adult Day Program participants as needed Required Qualifications: Four to Five years of experience in planning or delivering health or social services, including supervision and administration, with no formal education requirement, or Associate Degree or completion of 2 years of post-secondary education, or LPN certification Valid driver's license in good standing Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or obtain within 30 days of hire High interpersonal skills, effective with older adults Strong budget and financial management skills Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications: 5-10 years of relevant experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Join our team and help seniors lead healthier, more meaningful lives. Actual pay depends on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market conditions. We value pay equity and consider internal fairness when making offers.
