Join TEKsystems as a Center Manager and play a pivotal role in leading daily clinic operations. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure exceptional patient care, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational oversight and support to center supervisors
Supervise non-provider ancillary staff
Serve as backup for Center Supervisor during absences
Lead or support daily clinic huddles
Create and maintain care team schedules
Collaborate with managers to maintain accountability for ancillary staff
Assist with time-off requests and punch corrections
Monitor and support supervisors in real-time staff management
Assist with front desk and clinic floor coordination
Serve as the main point of operational contact for lab-related coordination
Ensure a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service
Complete other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Strong management and leadership skills
Proficient in office management and customer service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Comfortable with numbers and performing basic math calculations

Healthcare experience
EPIC experience
