Job Description
Join Central Conveyor Company as a Manager of Business Development, where you'll identify and develop new business opportunities, enhance market share for Tsubaki products, and lead customer relationship initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to foster lasting relationships and drive sales growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Support Tsubaki global products to increase market share
Communicate with the TC team in Japan regarding North American opportunities
Maintain and develop existing customer bases
Research and identify growth opportunities in new markets
Complete pre-qualification documentation for new customers
Champion the development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Negotiate contract terms with customers
Develop rapport with key decision makers
Analyze financial data for strategies to increase revenue
Create sales presentations and marketing content
Lead marketing efforts on social media
Prepare sales forecasts for future business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
15+ years of management/leadership experience in material handling or automotive equipment
Ability to write clearly and informatively
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate experience with MRP/ERP systems
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC (Pro application)
Ability to travel as needed
