The hourly pay rate for this position is $50-$55 per hour.

This role will be the aligned to support hiring in Fidelity Brokerage and Fidelity Enterprise Services.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a corporate recruiting role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated experience of end-to-end recruiting for a wide variety of roles (technology, product delivery, sales, relationship management)
Partner with hiring managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives, highly technical/specialized job requirements and develop a hiring strategy to find and attract the right talent (across internal, external, and passive talent channels
Ability to collaborate with business leaders discussing talent trends, hiring performance, and using data to drive accountability and process improvement
Agile approach and comfortability delivering talent in an iterative and collaborative environment (tools include Miro, Teams, etc.)
Experience with sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation, and inclusive recruiting
Top-tier negotiation skills to close complex offers involving many components of compensation (e.g., cash, equity, variable pay, sign ons)
Exposure to various compensation package structures including cash, variable pay, and other incentives
Use your deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
Participate in or lead recruitment projects/initiatives
Deeply detail oriented and have an ability to maintain momentum in a dynamic, high touch business environment
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at different levels in an organization
Using recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential talent and ensure ongoing talent pipelines (Workday (ATS), Sourcing tools, etc.)
