LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements

Position Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of direct transplant OR RN experience
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (at time of submission)
- ACLS (at time of submission)
- NIHSS (must obtain before start)
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions accepted)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions accepted)
- On-Call: Required
- 1 call shift per week
- Two 12-hour weekend call shifts per month
(On-call specifics reviewed in interview)
- Floating: Yes, within scope
- RTO: Must be submitted up front. Additional requests likely not approved.
Strict Experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Must have strong Liver, Heart, Lung, AND Kidney transplant experience
- Experience must be clearly reflected on skills checklist
- Must be proficient in Misonix/CUSA
- Must have experience implanting organs into the recipient (not just procurement)
Additional Requirements
- Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be completed promptly.
- Facility is strictly nicotine-free – all travelers must test negative on 10-panel + cotinine.
