Key Responsibilities
Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments
Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders for deliveries
Use OTM to create and book shipments
Coordinate international shipments
Prepare and file daily shipment BOL’s and customs documentation
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Implement improvements for logistics efficiency
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in logistics coordination and/or administration role
Familiarity with logistics software and systems (SAP, OTM)
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
