Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders for deliveries
  • Use OTM to create and book shipments
  • Coordinate international shipments
  • Prepare and file daily shipment BOL’s and customs documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
  • Implement improvements for logistics efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and/or administration role
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems (SAP, OTM)
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
