Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
Participate in assessment of patient care quality.
Collaborate with management team to improve outcomes.

Provide recommendations for staff interviewing, selection, and training.
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with needs.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (to be obtained within 1 year)
NIH Stroke Scale (to be obtained within 90 days)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (to be obtained within 90 days)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (to be obtained within 90 days)
STABLE (to be obtained within 90 days)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (to be obtained within 1 year)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor (to be obtained within 30 days)
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS Instructor (to be obtained within 90 days)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent experience (to be obtained within 90 days)
