Join Cytiva as a Manufacturing Design Transfer Engineer and play a pivotal role in life sciences by coordinating design transfers to the Global Supply Chain. You'll enhance processes and ensure timely project execution while working alongside diverse teams dedicated to transforming human health.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key stakeholder in Change Control Boards, advising on engineering and manufacturing change requests
Coordinate Operations resources to collect necessary ECR inputs
Lead collaboration with engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations teams for successful design transfer
Oversee and manage the execution of all implementation activities for change orders
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
Demonstrated proficiency in change control processes, lifecycle management, new product development, and project management
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in project management and product development
Experience with Bill of Material, Purchase specifications, material requirement planning (MRP), and phase-in/phase-out activities
Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bio-Science, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP
