Key Responsibilities
Obtain accurate and updated patient information
Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
Perform insurance verification at time of scheduling
Confirm and schedule appointments
Maintain medical records and correct registration errors
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
6+ months of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical front office position
Knowledge of EMR software
Bilingual in Spanish and English
