Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain accurate and updated patient information
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
  • Perform insurance verification at time of scheduling
  • Confirm and schedule appointments
  • Maintain medical records and correct registration errors
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6+ months of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in medical front office position
  • Knowledge of EMR software
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
