Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform patient intake and office visit coordination
Schedule appointments and oversee patient check-out process
Scan insurance cards and collect co-pays and deductibles
Maintain cleanliness and stock in the front office and waiting room
Handle phone calls from multiple queues
Confirm eligibility and obtain authorizations for procedures
Float throughout all departments in the clinics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience working in a medical environment
1+ years of experience with knowledge of Nevada medical insurances
1+ years of EMR experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to travel 25% of the offices within the Las Vegas area
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience mentoring and training others
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Working knowledge of EPRG and Medicare Advantage quality requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone
Bilingual in English/Spanish
