As a Manufacturing Engineer I at Raytheon, you'll develop and improve manufacturing processes, collaborating with teams to analyze product specifications and implement solutions. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and technical support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material and conduct root cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and suppliers
Develop tools/fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance

Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (CREO/ProE preferred)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude

Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
