Job Description
Join Hertz as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and systems at our airport car rental locations. You'll ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, respond to emergencies, and work with a team to uphold high maintenance standards, all while enjoying competitive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly to emergency situations
Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance tasks
Perform minor construction as directed
Record and maintain CMMS data
Monitor service providers
Ensure maintenance standards are met
Manage ongoing maintenance standards and quality
Support asset assessment programs
Report facilities programs and issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four years in a similar or related role
Building and grounds general maintenance experience
Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, car washes, vacuum systems, and fuel stations
Construction, repair, and maintenance skills
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems knowledge
PC skills (email, Word, Excel)
Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with service providers
Knowledge of environmental considerations
