Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Respond to inquiries and referral partnerships promptly
  • Conduct sales calls, home visits, and community tours
  • Network effectively within the local community
  • Uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Validated sales success, preferably in senior living, multi-unit complexes, or hospitality
  • Ability to close sales with integrity
  • Reliable transportation for outreach and home visits
  • Positive and credible communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
