Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue
Respond to inquiries and referral partnerships promptly
Conduct sales calls, home visits, and community tours
Network effectively within the local community
Uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
Required Qualifications
Validated sales success, preferably in senior living, multi-unit complexes, or hospitality
Ability to close sales with integrity
Reliable transportation for outreach and home visits
Positive and credible communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
