As a Product Marketing Specialist at MSI, you will enhance brand awareness of Q Quartz through customer seminars and strategic promotions. This role requires proactive customer engagement, training, and consistent collaboration with various stakeholders in the construction and design sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Promote MSI Quartz products
Visit builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers
Perform product knowledge seminars at customer locations
Train customer sales force on MSI product lines
Maintain customer database and generate sales reports
Attend trade shows and conventions
Work with existing customers to retain and increase business
Coordinate with customers to maintain promotional materials
Increase brand awareness through advertisement placement
Perform additional duties as required

Previous experience in natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries
