Perform consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review X-rays/CLA scans Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plan options, and lifestyle modifications Provide chiropractic care including adjustments and various therapies Documentation and charting of patient notes Collaborate with other doctors and support staff for comprehensive patient care Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in IL Interest in working with patients of all ages Willingness to be trained Bonus Compensation PTO Health Insurance stipend Malpractice insurance paid by employer Professional advancement and training
