As Chief of Staff at GXO Logistics, you will support the CEO by overseeing operational activities, improving decision processes, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage CEO email activity
Build reports, briefings, and presentations for the CEO
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO
Make routine operational decisions
Handle strategic management of CEO meetings and events
Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executives, and staff
Organize Executive procedures for optimal efficiency
Support decision making with insights
Set and monitor Executive key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting C-suite leadership
Progressive experience in global and generalist leadership roles within Blue Chip Organizations
Experience in Finance, Operations and/or Administration roles at Director level
BA or MBA degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
