Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required Previous home care experience - Preferred HCHB EMR preferred Education Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
