Hospitalist Physician

This role involves providing hospitalist physician coverage across multiple facilities in Washington state, including day and night shifts. Responsibilities include managing 14-18 patients daily, performing ventilator management and intubation procedures, and using the Epic EMR system. Compensation includes hourly pay, expense coverage, and malpractice insurance, with locum tenens contracts available for family or internal medicine specialists.

We have Locums coverage needs at SEVEN different facilities in Washington state!

Walla Walla area

• Coverage needed in late December, February and March too.
• 7am to 7pm, or 7pm to 7am. Specify day or Nocturnist.
• 14-16 patients per day
• Vent management required.
• EMR system Epic.
• Hourly compensation, expenses, and Occurrence Form malpractice coverage are provided.

Vancouver area

• Coverage needed in late December, ongoing needs as well!
• 7am to 5pm or noon to 10pm.
• 15-18 patients per day, no procedures
• EMR system Epic.
• Hourly compensation, expenses, and Occurrence Form malpractice coverage are provided.

24 hour Hospitalist shifts open in several locations in Washington as well . Each facility needs coverage several weeks over the next few months.

• Locations include: Clarkston, Ellensburg, Pasco, Sunnyside, Toppenish,
• 24/7 model Typically onsite for 10 hours, on call for 14 hours.
• With most facilities the only needed procedure is Intubation.
• Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine.
• Hourly compensation, expenses, and Occurrence Form malpractice coverage are provided.
