Job Description
Join Delaware North as a seasonal Food Service Supervisor at The Lodge at Geneva, where you'll lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional food service experiences. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the stationary food truck
Supervise food truck team members and ensure proper training
Deliver a high-quality guest experience at the food truck
Operate a golf cart and motor vehicle for food truck support
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Required Qualifications
1+ years experience as a Lead Cook or Kitchen Supervisor
Effective communication skills in a leadership capacity
Attention to detail
Basic math skills for measuring recipes
Valid driver's license
Eligibility for MVR and drug screening
Willingness to obtain Serve Safe certification
