Key Responsibilities
Supervise all employees reporting to the service center
Plan daily manpower needs for timely freight delivery and pick up
Provide information to employees about productivity and policies
Research and implement cost-cutting and efficiency improvement measures
Maintain clean and safe working conditions
Comply with applicable laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
5 years of supervisory experience
Thorough knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry
Experience with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
Ability to work various shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
Experience with process improvement using Lean and/or Six Sigma
Forklift experience
Solid analytical skills
Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and administrative skills
