Duration: 13 weeks (11/17/2025 – 2/15/2026)
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Week: 37.5
Unit: Emergency Room
Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for the Emergency Department (Level IV) at a Valhalla, NY facility. The RN will provide high-quality care for patients presenting to the ED, applying critical thinking and emergency nursing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recent ED RN experience
Current BLS certification
Active NY RN license or compact license
Ability to manage a variety of adult and pediatric emergency cases
Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to ED patients, ensuring safety and quality
Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Document all patient care accurately in EMR
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state nurse practice regulations
