Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment goals
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patients' symptoms and medical status
Administers therapeutic techniques and educates patients/families on home exercise programs
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines and department policies
Supervises at least one affiliated student per year
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic personal computer skills in Windows programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
