- Operating Room Experience:
- Ortho OR experience required
- Neuro OR experience required
- Must have Level 1 or Level 2 trauma OR experience
- On-Call Duties:
- Every 4th–5th weekend on call
- One weekday on-call shift per week

- Traveler must meet Low/Mid/High performance expectations
- Failure to meet expectations will result in immediate contract termination
