Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to enhance our Total Rewards strategy. You will develop competitive compensation structures, oversee employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance, impacting employee well-being and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate options for benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Conduct market analyses for competitive compensation practices
  • Lead leave of absence process and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
