Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality individualized care for animals
Develop and oversee behavioral diagnosis and treatment plans
Lead and mentor staff in providing effective treatment
Manage and coach team members, providing feedback
Collaborate in research projects and share knowledge
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
Comfortable with humane euthanasia decisions and procedures
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in developing/overseeing research projects
Experience writing scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals
