Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers with financial decisions and building lasting relationships. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key as you assist clients in achieving their financial goals through tailored solutions and digital banking options.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing financial advice
Assist customers with financial solutions and personal financial goals
Introduce customers to digital banking options
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
