Job Description
As a Program Supervisor at Sevita, you will lead a mission-driven team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time position involves implementing service plans, supervising caregivers, and directly assisting individuals in their daily lives, all while fostering a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services
Split duties between direct support, professional activities, and supervision
Facilitate community involvement through outings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
