Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with order status, invoicing, and billing
  • Research and resolve customer questions and complaints
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of shipments
  • Manage customer invoicing process and resolve vendor issues
  • Enter inventory data and manage order fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement
  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
