Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Manager at Disney Vacation Club, you will manage the contract process, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting members and sales teams. This role allows you to enhance member experiences through meticulous contract management and effective problem-solving within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract creation ensuring legal and financial compliance
Facilitate the closing process and review documents with Members
Provide member support and resolve concerns
Review credit reports for financing approval
Assist sales team with product questions and document follow-ups
Manage contract pipeline to ensure timely closing
Monitor inventory for sale and fulfill requests
Accurately record contracts within respective counties
Update memberships and process resale contracts
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience creating, reviewing, and editing real estate or timeshare contracts
Time management skills
Ability to support and partner with multiple teams
Proficiency in multiple computer systems
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with team collaboration skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Guest service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Spanish
Licensed Notary
3+ years' experience in Real Estate property transactions
Understanding of Disney Vacation Club or timeshare products
