Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician and take the first step in your educational career! Support K–12 special education students by implementing individualized plans and enhancing their learning experience in a structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
